Audit

Through a comprehensive audit I will collect information about your program through interviews with current stakeholders, and past staff and volunteers if available. At the conclusion I will provide a written report that includes recommendations, and meet with you to discuss next steps. The audit will include (partial list):

		Interviews with key staff and volunteers
		Thorough assessment of existing marketing efforts
		Recommendations on missed marketing opportunities
		Evaluation of key document templates
		Assessment of stewardship activities to existing planned givers
		Review of all collateral documents including annual plan, and policies including those for gift acceptance, endowment, and investment
		Review system for gift and estate administration
